TIP OF THE SEASON -
    Consider having two microwaves (which don't heat up kitchens as much as conventional ovens).
Having two microwaves makes putting food on the table all at once or catering to different family members much easier. One could also consider a microwave and a separate steam oven (both Miele and Gaggenau make them). Leftovers are heated much better in a steam oven, but the familiarity of the microwave makes it more desirable for a busy family with children who help with food prep. Either way, you can enjoy all those wonderful fresh vegetables available now and into the fall.
